I hope you're excited to get going on your new training plan and to start getting some awesome results!
If you don't get an email to set up your phone app (with all the workouts) check your trash folder. If it's not there either then email me :)
I know times are tough right now but staying active and eating properly are more important than ever. Let's get through this looking and feeling as good as possible :)
I'll be setting up your account and adding in your nutrition targets shortly.
For best results, stick to your targets and track everything - Either in MyFitnessPal or FitBit. I'll be able to see what you're eating because it will sync with the app.
You'll have access to your app and can play around with it.
I've also attached a document below to help guide you through the online training process. It will give you more info on how the program works and general workout information that will be important for you to know.
You don't need any equipment for these workouts but you can always make the exercises more challenging by adding any kind of weight that you have. If you do have some equipment at home, great! You can definitely use that, as well!
